Payment history and receipts

Overview

Some courses require payment before you can access assignments and other course content. After you pay, Payment History helps you confirm the amount, what you purchased (for example course access), and that payment applied to the correct account.

What you should see after paying

A successful checkout should show receipt-style confirmation, including:

  • the amount you paid
  • what you purchased (for example access to the course)
  • confirmation that payment completed for the correct course and account

If the page only shows a generic success message, open Payment History (from your account or course area if available) and refresh after a moment.

If checkout fails or you are sent back without access

Try these steps in order:

  1. Return to your course and start checkout again from the Pay, Checkout, or Complete payment option.
  2. Confirm you are signed in to the account you used to join the course.
  3. Try a different browser or allow pop-ups for TeachFront if the payment window did not open.
  4. Wait a minute, then refresh the course page.

If you still cannot access the course, contact your instructor or support with:

  • course name
  • your TeachFront account email
  • approximate checkout time
  • amount and what you tried to purchase
  • any error message or receipt ID shown
