Assessing student work
Proficiency-based assessment starts with a simple question: what evidence does this submission show for each objective? TeachFront keeps objectives, proficiency levels, and feedback in one place so students see the same breakdown you use to calculate grades.
Workflow overview
- Open the submission in the grading workspace for the assignment.
- Rate each objective using the proficiency scale for your course.
- Leave objective-level feedback that cites evidence and names what stronger work would look like.
- Publish grades when your policy allows students to see results; invite resubmission when configured.
