Verify your email address

Overview

Email verification confirms that you own the email address associated with your TeachFront account. You must verify your email before you can sign in and access your courses.

During registration

When you register a new account, TeachFront sends a verification email to the address you provide:

  1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a message from TeachFront with subject Verify your TeachFront account.
  2. Open the email and select the verify email link (or copy the link into your browser).
  3. Your email is now verified, and you can sign in.

This usually takes less than a minute. If you don't see the email, skip to Resend verification email.

Resend verification email

If you registered but didn't receive the verification email:

  1. Go to the TeachFront login page.
  2. Select Resend verification email.
  3. Enter the email address you used to register.
  4. Select Send.

A confirmation message appears: We've sent you a verification email.

  1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the new verification message.
  2. Select the link to complete verification.

Once verified, you can sign in normally.

Verification email didn't arrive?

Check your spam folder

Verification emails sometimes end up in Spam or Junk folders. Look there first and mark it as Not Spam so future emails arrive in your inbox.

Check your email address spelling

If the email you provided during registration had a typo:

  1. Go to the login page and select Resend verification email.
  2. Try entering a corrected version of your email.
  3. If it says the email is not registered, you may need to register a new account with the correct email.

Add TeachFront to your contacts

Add support@teachfront.com or noreply@teachfront.com to your email contacts or allow-list so verification emails don't get filtered.

Try again in a few minutes

Email delivery can take a few moments. Wait 2–3 minutes and check again, or request another verification email.

Verification links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired:

  1. Go to the login page and select Resend verification email again.
  2. You'll receive a new link that's valid for 24 hours.
  3. Select the new link to complete verification.
